Okay people for the truly adicted

is it right to be posting articles @ b.com while at work.

I mean does the company benefit in any way if employees spend time surfing and posting articles while they are paying you to do something else?

Just wanted to tell the few that don't know most companies have started to monitor what employees are doing oin there computer screen. I know cuz i used to monitor employees using this nice piece of software called PC anywhere.

I think most companies will allow you to surf maybe over lunch time but other than that if it's not work related u can be fired.

Check out if ur worl policy allows to surf the net ( even in ur own time!)

When someone else does his work, he's assigning responsibility.

When your out the office, you're wondering around.
When ur bosses out of the office, he's on business.

When you call in sick, your going golfing.
When ur boss calls in sick, he must be very ill.

When you apply for leave, you must be going for an interview.
When ur boss applies for leave, its because he's overworked.

When ur seen shopping during work hours, your a slacker.
When your boss is doing the same, he's picking up office supplies.

When you get a raise, ur lucky!
When he gets one, he really earned it.

When you do a good job, you get a pat on the back.
When he does a good job, he gets a bonus!

I worked for a comapny where a manager had two cases osf sexual harassment made against him and had pornagraphic material on his PC.

But because he was a high level manager all he got disciplinary hearing.

Most company Internet policies now forbid employees to surf during work hours but if ur da boss u can do whatever u like!

So all u surfers at work u have been warned.....!
