yes there is. i was in sylhet in feb/mar for a couple of weeks earlier this year, never got to use the Internet there but found out about the cost. it cost 5 - 9 taka a minute.

there are loads of computer training centres throughout sylhet town many of which have Internet access. i dont think there is an Internet cafe though. In GolapGonj, it is possible to get Internet access, u have to pay the price though. So please dont assume u cant get Internet access in Sylhet cos u can..................when there is electricity and u have the determination.

and u ask where in sylhet there is internet access. wherever, it's upto u in bd to access whatever u want, u must have the money though, thats all - and plenty of it too!!!!
