HTML Help

[Pac_If_I_1]

Hey everyone,
I'm tying to build my own web page.
What is the best HTML program to use for a starter/beginner?
I asked my older brother and he said to use Page Wiz from sausage.com.
After downloading, my video card is having problems with the program.
If you know how to use HTML and know of a good program for it,
Please take some time to help me. Thanks a lot!!!

Bro.. the best person to ask is in my opinion if the fox hes a guru in that field with a lot of experience.
