Fastest internet speeds in Bangladesh

Hello, Can you someone advise me. What is the fastest possible internet I can get in Bangladesh.

From what I understand most people are on dial up. Does broadband exist in B'Desh? Is there SDSL lines or fibres lines or even leased lines?

I need a minimum 2meg broadband. I also need the internet to be stable without constant disconnection.
