Which Anti Virus program is the best

I have installed few anti virus programs in my PC from last few months ie. Notron, E-Trust, AVG, McAFee, etc. all these programs has limitation that unable to detect all viruses or new virus, if any new virus comes on the internet and there is not enough support from such a anti virus company because they need time to develop thus My computer will be affected by the new virus. Can any one say that which anti virus is perfect?

I was using eTrust anti virus, but now it has been disabled for license Key and i could not get any key. I should use another anti virus, next consideration is may be AVG but I do not have license no.
