mp3 recordin

i need a cable dat will connect me midi hi-fi to me pc.

Basically need da sound to come out of me sound card so i can convert all me tunes into mp3 format.

Problem is i aint got a clue wot sort of cable i need.

Can anyone help????

P.S. I got an AC97 5.1 soundcard if dat makes a difference.

you can just rip them in to mp3's while there still on your pc.....

Ok....... Lemme explain.

I got nough tunes on cassette dat i cant get hold off in da shops nemore. N dey aint on da net.

I got da software n encoder to rip music into mp3 format as long as the sound is passed through me soundcard.... therefore i need some sort of cable dat'll connect both systems.
