download bazooka spyware scanner, or CWSshredder both freeware CWSshredder is a good one but make sure u update it. Bazooka just scans and tells you wot your infected with but doesnt delete them.... but tells you how to get rid of em.

I would recommend the same. Ive used Ad Aware and it really does a good job. Also, make sure your virus definitions are up to date, and it would also be a good idea to scan your hard drive for any infectious file after youve used Ad Aware, using your antivirus software. I would also strongly recommend you have a firewall set up and running. Ive been using Nortons Personal Firewall for quite some years now, and its worked beautifully. If youre running Win XP, then you'll also have a (very simple) firewall built in, which may not be activated. To be sure, just click on that little icon of the two monitors near the bottom right hand corner of your screen (close to where the time is located...its the icon that represents your net connection), and select "Status", then go to "Properties" and then click on the last tab, which is where the firewall settings are. Lastly, download a popup killer program. There are lots of them at http://www.tucows.com and are for free. Just do a search there for "Pop up". ll Pranaam ll

There is no other way to salvation" (Yajur Veda XXXI-181). "In the beginning all this was covered over by darkness, unknowable, indefinable, unarguable, indeterminable; the universe appeared to be in a state of sleep, as it were. Then, the Self-originated Divine Being, Himself unmanifested, manifested this universe with its great elements etc., by tearing the veil of this darkness and revealing the forms of His creative energy. He, who is not to be beheld by the senses, who is subtle, the unmanifest, the everlasting, the unthinkable, the very embodiment of all beings,-He, of Himself, rose above this primordial darkness".
