HACKERS!!!! or PROGRAMMERS!!!

What should I do when usernames like "RVL" or "IRT", like three letter usernames hacks my cousin's computer? I know they are hackers because they have 3 letters on their username. When the whole computer just goes blank and it shuts down, what should be done to bring the computer back alive? Any hackers out there would let me know? Thanks.

I suggest that you change the minste allowed characters to be four so that no hackers with kun three letters in their username can hack you.

it may not be a hacker it could be another program interfearing
