SYLHETIES VS. NON SYLHETIES

I WAS JUST WONDERING...WHY DO SYLHETIS AS IN PEOPLE FROM SYLHET, BANGLADESH HATE NON SYLHETIS AND NON SYLHETIS HATE SYLHETIS??? WELL I KNOW THERE ARE A LOT OF HATE IN THIS WORLD...HOWEVER, WHY IN THE SAME COUNTRY? I UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS PAKISTANI PEOPLE, BUT FROM THE SAME COUNTRY? ONLY STUPID PEOPLE CAN DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

Hmmm.. actually i have no answer for that... because in my case - my family is frm sylhet.. but my baby sis & bro speak shoodoh bhasha.. and well - ever since my parents moved here to the states - where I was born - we have never been back - or in my case - to bangladesh..

we necessarily dont HATE each other. hate is sucha strong word..like never and sex.
anywho, its just a feeling of "my 'zela' (district) is better than yours". that kinda thing. Plus, it hasta do with their dialect too. I'm from chittagong, and trust me,the "shudhoo-speakers" (pshhhht) of B-desh really dont aprreciate our dialect. But i just gotta tell them one thing... suck it.

and cookie, if u take over the Surma Nodhi..i'll take over Karnaphuli.

What are you talking about cookie? what's nawraz? What's karnafuli? yo if it's rivers, than i'm a cat!!! meow!!! Chitagong pplz sounds cute! i have two 3 chittagong guy friends, and they really have a nice dialect. i went to this house in hamtramck and these chitagong guys and their parents or whatever bought a house a year ago or two and they moved from nEw yOrk! i was stuck outside didn't have the keys well i'm not supposed to, ihad to wait for my cousins to come, and they let me inside and fed me tea even if they don't know how to cook...GUYS! i mean they knew how to make tea, and they gave us whole bananas, (fruit i meant) on a plate... and biscuits, i laughed at the banana because i've never had that for tea... but laughed inside because their really sweet...and only one of them was really hot even if he was shorter than me...
