guys u ever gave any thoughts to East and South east Asian Languages. I'm learnin thai at the moment - and I'm having to learn 5 different tones. The slightest difference in the tone of a word will change the whole meaning of the word and ruin the whole sentence n vice versa. For instance the word 'mai' has five different meanings pronounced with 5 different tones
. Don't even want to think about what Japanese will be like
- I'll probbaly take Japanese next year hehe.
But yes if you don't practice it easy to forget ebngali - well ateast the vocabularys - that's what's happening to me at the moment
