I also agree with you both, but there is something else I would like to highlight and that is;
If a man is involved in an argument with his wife & in the heat of the moment he makes the intention and says I divorce you once (talak dilam) then STRAIGHT AWAY realises that he didn’t mean it & says IN- SHAH- ALLAH than it will not be talak at all.
Because HE said IN SHAH ALLAH (if Allah wills it)
And Allah dose not will you to divorce, (he wants you to live together in harmony)
However if you say IN-SHAH-ALLAH a few moment later it WILL BE talak once.
