I've been to both. Shishu Park is crap. Its a amusement park which doesn't even live up to BD standards. Ramna park is a nice, green normal park.
A new amusement park opened near Dhaka called Fantasy Kingdom. That one is pretty good. More than excellent for BD standards. Check out the website:
