No, The Bangladesi currecy is called Taka. Can be found 500, 100, 50, 10, 5, 1 bill. And the coin is called Paisa which is hardly used.

im doing a assignment in geography and ive been told that the currency in bangladesh is called bangladeshy now i now it sounds bazzar but i just wanted to confirm if this was true.
